  • How do I acces didgital product purchased?
    When you purchase a didgital product from House of Jackson, after payment has been made on the thank you page that pops up you will see a "download button" simply click on the button & your didgital product will begin to download. the file/s will genraly apper in you browserd download section along with your computers Downloads folder You can also download your product from your oder confirmation email that can be found in your inbox for the email address used at time of purchase. you will see a "download button" simply click on the button & your didgital product will begin to download. The file/s can be downloaded a maximum of 5 times before it can no longer be downloaded. if for some reason an error has occoured simply email or contact House of Jackson (this information can be found on the "contact " page of the website
  • How can i pay?
    House of jackson proudly offers variouse payment methods as listed bellow - Paypal - Card, www.houseofjackson.com.au has a safe & secure card payment facility availabe at checkout - Bank transfer, simlpy select " manual payment " at checkout and we will be in contact to asist you and procces the payment for your order. - Afterpay, afterpay is a buy now pay later payment option, Once you click to proceed, you will be redirected to Afterpay wher your payment will be finalised
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes house of jackson does offer overseas shipping, however this is curently not an option on the website due to variouse factors. if you would like something shipped internationally simply contact or email House of Jackson with your enquire where we will be happy to asist & ship internationaly.
  • Do you do custom quilts?
    Most definitely House of Jackson proudly offers commission Quilts from cot size to king plus size & other sizes for your needs. From minimal to extravagant I can cater to your wishes to learn more simply contact me via the contact section on my website.

    House of Jackson process orders within 3 bussines days* Shipping can take anywere from 2 days to 2 weeks *custome or made to order products may take longer due to production times.

    Yes we proudly offer free standard tracked shipping on all orders over $99
  • What is the average turnaround time on Longarm Quilting
    House of Jackson Longarm Quilting services normally take about 2 weeks to be completed on average however sometimes the turnaround time may increase.
